Account or Profile Data
When you create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, user name, and login credentials. You may also provide a profile picture, nickname, country code, language preference, and time zone.

If you log in via a third-party account (e.g., Google, Facebook), we will receive relevant information like profile picture, nickname, and region from the third party, with their and your consent.

  • Photo/Video Uploads: We may request access to your gallery for purposes such as uploading images for device issue reporting.
  • Microphone Access: Only used when voice input is initiated by you, e.g., voice commands or assistant interaction.
  • Storage Access: We access files, crash logs, or media for app stability and functionality. Disabling this may affect related features.

Turning off permissions stops further data collection for that feature but does not affect previously collected data based on prior consent.

  • Device Information: We collect your device’s MAC address, IP address, network data, OS version, app version, log files, and push notification IDs.
  • Usage Data: Includes click behavior, downloads, interactions, and communication logs.
  • Log Data: Includes system and error logs, which are anonymized where applicable.
